- 2 / 5By Michael OddoExperience is good but but but .... I after 4 visits at this location have yet to get reward points on my card. I complained I can prove I was there but no one wants to look into if servers are stealing reward points. Further they can see I was there because coupons sent to me via email were used. Still to today I have 0 points. Last time I was at fridays I made a BIG conversation with server about points. He took my phone and swore I would get the points. Until Fridays addresses this issue and contacts me i will not return. My wife and I eat out more then we eat at home and we love loyalty programs but this one doesn't work here !!!!
